With 27 years in the construction industry, Ozzy brings a wealth of experience in finance, administration, and business leadership. For the past 12 years, she has served as a comptroller, overseeing financial operations and strategic growth. Having built and scaled multiple companies in the construction sector, Ozzy now embraces an exciting new chapter in the HVAC industry alongside Rick.
